We’re partnering with a high-growth, digitally native fashion brand to hire a senior eCommerce leader to take full ownership of its global online business. This role sits at the centre of growth, responsible for performance, customer experience, technology, with the US as a core market and international expansion well underway.
What you’ll own:
- End-to-end responsibility for the online trading function, performance, and commercial outcomes
- Full P&L ownership, forecasting, and budget control
- Conversion, UX, experimentation, and on-site optimisation strategy
- Global launches across product, collections, and collaborations
- Customer lifecycle strategy across CRM, loyalty, app, and retention channels
- Mobile-first growth, including ownership of the brand’s app
- International localisation across markets, languages, and personalisation
- Affiliate performance and partner-led revenue streams
- SEO and next-generation search visibility across traditional and AI-led platforms
- A modern, scalable Shopify+ ecosystem and evolving tech stack
You’ll lead and develop a high-performing eCommerce team while working closely with marketing, brand, operations, CX, logistics, and commercial stakeholders to unlock growth through insight, testing, and execution.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background owning and scaling an eCommerce P&L
- Deep expertise in CRO, experimentation, and customer lifetime value
- Advanced knowledge of Shopify+ and international trading models
- Experience operating across the US and European markets
- Comfortable blending commercial instinct with data-led decision-making
