We are currently partnered with a world-leading sports brand who are looking for a dynamic Head of Brand Marketing to lead their marketing function and drive world-class execution across all touchpoints. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will take ownership of day-to-day leadership, enabling long-term strategic growth while ensuring brand consistency and innovation across every initiative.
As the Head of Brand Marketing, you will lead, coach, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver best-in-class brand campaigns, PR, and content creation. You will partner closely with the Marketing Director to evolve the brand's positioning and identity, using data and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions and measure effectiveness.
Your remit will include overseeing integrated global campaigns across ATL channels such as TV, print, and out-of-home while ensuring seamless integration with digital and retail platforms. Additionally, you will own the PR strategy, managing external agency relationships and driving proactive media engagement and brand storytelling.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Design, and Operations teams to develop impactful go-to-market activation plans for new product launches. You will also maintain close ties with the Sport and Performance functions to support athlete and influencer opportunities, ensuring the brand's innovation and performance ethos is reflected in all content.
Beyond the creative execution, you will be responsible for the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of spend and a strong return on investment through diligent performance tracking and reporting.
To be successful, you should bring a strong grounding in brand and campaign management within the consumer, sports, or lifestyle sectors. You must have a proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns and managing PR activity, alongside strong analytical skills for interpreting brand tracking and consumer data. Excellent project management and communication skills are essential, as is a data-literate approach to budget management. While experience in global marketing and working with sponsored athletes is desirable, a genuine passion for competition and a high-performance culture is a must.
