Job Description Major Players are partnering with global, industry renowned, creative communications agency to hire an Event Production Manager for their London office.

Sitting within their live events production team, you will deliver a range of brand activations, large-scale experiences, premiers and red carpets for some of the world’s biggest and most exciting entertainment brands.
This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of key production elements across multiple projects, leading on technical planning, supplier management, and delivering high-profile events to an exceptional standard.
You need to have excellent proficiency in managing complex logistics, producing detailed CAD plans and leading teams on-site.
Key Responsibilities Lead the technical planning and delivery of end-to-end events, from concept through to execution, managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Interpret client briefs and collaborate with Producers to develop creative, practical, and budget-conscious solutions.
Produce high-quality CAD drawings, floorplans, stage elevations and technical specifications.
Design production elements for staging, lighting, audio-visual, and scenic infrastructure.
Ensure all technical documentation is clear, accurate and aligned with the specifications and requirements of the event.
Oversee technical installation and ensure delivery aligns with plans and expectations.
Source, brief and manage all stakeholders including production suppliers, venues, internal stakeholders and freelancers.
Obtain and negotiate quotes, ensuring best value and quality.
Lead and support on-site production, including build, live event execution, and de-rig.
