Office Based (North London)
We're partnering with a scaling UK wellness brand operating across multiple DTC categories and international markets to hire an experienced E-Commerce Manager. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who truly owns Shopify. You'll be responsible for the performance, reliability and commercial output of multiple storefronts, working closely with growth, retention, creative and development partners to continually improve the customer journey.
Shopify experience is essential. This role requires proven, end-to-end ownership of Shopify stores from launches and optimisation through to CRO and tooling decisions.
What you'll be responsible for:
- End-to-end ownership of Shopify sites across multiple regions
- Driving conversion, revenue and UX improvements through testing and iteration
- Leading site updates, launches and major builds in collaboration with external partners
- Acting as the quality gate for everything that goes live
- Using data and insights to prioritise improvements and guide decision-making
- Implementing and optimising ecommerce tools, platforms and integrations
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in DTC ecommerce
- Strong, hands-on Shopify expertise (non-negotiable)
- Experience working across multiple markets or storefronts
- Proven CRO and experimentation mindset
- High attention to detail with the ability to own projects start to finish
