A fast-growing, Series-B funded DTC scale-up and certified B Corp on a mission to cut plastic, water and toxic chemicals from everyday products is looking for a Videographer to join its small, agile in-house creative team. This is a true end-to-end role: you'll plan and run lifestyle and studio shoots from scratch, direct on-camera talent, and edit short-form assets for Meta, TikTok and YouTube that are hook-first, platform-native and built to perform.
What we're looking for:
- Proven videography experience across lifestyle and studio set-ups (portfolio essential)
- A sharp understanding of what makes paid social content perform
- Confident directing talent and managing shoot days independently
- Strong editing skills — Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro a big plus
- Bonus points for DTC/e-commerce experience and UGC-style formats
