I'm working with an agency whose client roster includes some seriously well‑known consumer brands. They're growing their creator commerce offering and need an Affiliate Executive to help build and manage creator communities on TikTok Shop — primarily across a major beauty account. It's a genuinely hands‑on junior role: you'll be talking to creators every day, getting product into the right hands, and helping content perform. Perfect for someone who lives on TikTok and wants to build a career in the creator economy.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and reach out to up‑and‑coming creators who are the right fit for the brand, and bring them into the affiliate community.
- Keep creators engaged day‑to‑day — answering questions, sharing ideas and inspiration, running competitions, and helping them understand what makes content sell.
- Support the smooth running of campaigns: briefing creators, keeping trackers up to date, following up on posts, and making sure everything lands on time.
- Help with reporting — pulling performance data, spotting what's working (and what isn't), and feeding insights back to the team.
- Keep an eye on platform trends and new creator talent, and share ideas with the wider team.
- Pitch in on live shopping activity when needed, from scheduling through to wrap‑up reporting.
Skills & Experience
- Some experience working with creators or influencers — whether in affiliate, social, community, or gifting‑led campaigns.
- A feel for what makes creator content convert, and how to get product in front of the right people.
- Great organisational skills — happy juggling trackers, timelines, and daily admin without dropping the ball.
- A natural communicator who's comfortable messaging creators daily.
- TikTok Shop knowledge is a bonus.
