This role exists to free that up, giving one person full ownership of growth across a pod of brands while working closely with founders and senior leadership.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role. You'll take raw ideas, validate them with data and customer insight, and turn them into live, instrumented funnels that scale, briefing in creative, copy, and paid media, and getting stuck into the detail yourself where it counts.
Key Responsibilities- Own full-funnel growth across a portfolio of digital product brands: onboarding, webinars, checkout, upsell/downsell journeys, and back-end offers.
- Convert scoped concepts into live landing pages, ad assets, and email campaigns at pace.
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid acquisition across Meta and Google to hit CPL/CPA/ROAS targets.
- Brief and iterate landing pages (Webflow), ensuring clean QA, tracking, and conversion performance.
- Craft high-converting copy across landing pages, emails, and ad creative.
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests, documenting learnings and scaling winners.
- Own analytics and attribution, UTMs, event tracking, weekly funnel reporting.
- Propose new funnels, offers, and pricing structures based on data, engineering products that improve CAC payback and LTV.
- Strong background in growth, performance, or digital marketing within online courses, paid communities, or the wider creator/digital-education economy (non-negotiable).
- Comfortable working with highly engaged, entrepreneurial founders/creators who want close visibility on performance and numbers.
- Particularly strong in copywriting and CRO, with solid funnel creation and offer ideation experience.
- Practical experience with paid media, experimentation frameworks, and analytics.
- A builder mentality, able to both direct a team and execute hands-on when needed.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple brands and priorities at pace.
- Newly created, high-visibility role reporting into senior leadership.
- Full ownership of growth strategy and delivery across an exciting portfolio of digital-first brands.
- High performers will build and lead a specialist growth team as the business scales.
- Genuine autonomy to run sprints, test fast, and see the impact of your work quickly.
- Join a fast-paced, metrics-driven culture that moves quickly and backs good ideas.
