A leading creative agency is looking for a Social Strategist to shape, define, and deliver best-in-class social strategies for global brands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes culture, platforms, and audience behaviour — and knows how to turn insight into impactful creative and community-led campaigns.
You’ll join a collaborative, tight-knit strategy team where social sits at the heart of the work — driving ideas, not following them. You’ll work across major brands, helping to build relevance, engagement, and fame through social-first thinking.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in London, offering strategic influence, creative collaboration, and the opportunity to work on some exciting brands in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver social-first strategies that inspire creative teams and drive measurable impact.
- Analyse platform trends, audience behaviours, and cultural moments to uncover strategic opportunities.
- Partner closely with creatives to ensure ideas are rooted in insight, platform thinking, and social craft.
- Collaborate with clients to define social brand positioning, tone of voice, and content strategy.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging platforms, creator economy shifts, and cultural trends.
- Build frameworks for organic and paid social, balancing storytelling and performance.
- Work with data and analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance and optimise future work.
- Present ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in social strategy ideally in a creative or social-first agency.
- Deep understanding of platform ecosystems, audience segmentation, and cultural insight.
- Strong strategic thinking — able to turn data and trends into actionable creative direction.
- Familiar with social analytics, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
- Confident collaborator who can bridge creative and strategy teams seamlessly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Passionate about social culture, communities, and creators — from TikTok to Twitch.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary: £60K – £65K, depending on experience and level.
