Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £40K - £50K depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create content (mostly video) for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram)
  • Collaborate with the brand marketing team to align content with the marketing calendar and wider business goals.
  • Manage scheduling, posting, and reporting.
  • Craft copy that reflects the brand’s playful tone of voice and ensures a cohesive visual identity.
  • Work with internal and external creatives to produce polished, high-quality content.
  • Keep up with social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in social media content creation, open to agency and brand-side candidates.
  • Experience working across retail, fashion, beauty or interiors in a social content creation or social media management role.
  • Copywriting skills.
  • Strong creative portfolio showcasing social-first content.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Final Cut Pro.
  • Excellent writing skills with a strong understanding of brand tone of voice.
  • Creative ideation experience across social channels.
  • Ability to adjust content strategies based on performance data.
