A fast-growing brand is looking for a Social Media Manager to elevate its presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. Working closely with the Content Manager, Copywriting team, and Head of Brand, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping how this globally recognised festival in the creative industry shows up online day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Social Strategy and create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram and X
- Own posting, scheduling, and daily engagement across channels
- Jump on relevant trends and translate them into brand-relevant ideas
- Work closely with the Content Manager and Copywriter to deliver cohesive storytelling
- Present new ideas, concepts, and cultural moments to the Head of Brand
- Drive brand engagement with the goal of onboarding, educating, and converting audiences

- Proven experience managing social for a B2C brand
- Comfortable spotting trends and reacting quickly with relevant content
- Confident presenting ideas and collaborating cross-functionally
- Experience growing organic engagement across LinkedIn, X and Instagram
