We\'re casting for a Social Media Manager to lead an exciting retail campaign for a major Irish brand, working in collaboration with a creative agency partner.

This is a freelance contract role starting in October, running for approximately 11-13 weeks, with 21 working days across that period. The role is fully remote, though experience in or a deep understanding of the Irish market is essential.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in retail and e-commerce social media channel management (non-negotiable)
  • Strong background in conversion-driven content strategy
  • Ability to work across both shoppable formats and integrated paid + organic campaigns
  • Experience with both lo-fi and polished content creation
  • A KPI-led approach (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
  • Experience running Irish retail campaigns (must-have)
  • Deep understanding of local tone, seasonal culture, and consumer behaviour in Ireland

Day rate: £350-£400, with flexibility for the right person.
