We're hiring a Social Media Lead to join a fast-growing AI video creation platform as their Social Lead. This is a senior, strategic role where you'll own the social function, setting the vision, building the playbook, and driving organic growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
You’ll be equal parts strategist and creative leader, shaping how a leading AI product shows up across social while managing a team of specialists and creators to execute at pace and scale.
Key Responsibilities- Own social strategy end-to-end, setting clear KPIs and translating performance data into action.
- Lead strategy on AI-first, product-led content that turns platform features into high-impact moments for the wider AI/tech community.
- Design repeatable content series and launch frameworks that connect social to product moments and demand generation.
- Monitor platform trends and cultural shifts closely, moving quickly to test, learn, and iterate.
- Lead and develop a team including Paid Social, Community Manager, and Creators.
- Set workflows, briefs, and production standards that maintain quality and speed at scale.
- Partner with Influencer Marketing and Paid Social teams to extend reach and unlock growth opportunities.
- Act as the creative standard-bearer for the team, driving sharper copy, stronger concepts, and higher craft.
- Proven track record of driving product-led social growth.
- Highly data-driven with the ability to spot what’s working early and act on it fast.
- Strong trend radar across both cultural moments and AI/tech innovation.
- Excellent copywriting across formats – able to distil complex product information into compelling messaging.
- Strong creative instincts with an eye for design and a consistent ability to produce scroll-stopping content.
- Experience building repeatable content systems, launch frameworks, and scalable playbooks.
- A track record of building an engaged audience or community with genuine credibility in the space.
- Experience managing creators, partners, and external collaborators to a high standard.
- High ownership of social strategy, team leadership, and creative direction for a fast-scaling AI-native brand.
