We’re on the lookout for a bold, ideas-driven Creative Strategist to join a fast-growing, global social and influencer marketing agency based in Central London. This is a highly creative role for someone who lives and breathes social, understands creator culture, and thrives on turning insights into standout campaign ideas. You’ll help shape and pitch content strategies for major global brands, working across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop audience-led, platform-native strategies for influencer and content campaigns.
- Bring fresh, original ideas to life through creative ideation and concept development.
- Lead the strategic response on new briefs and proactively shape new creative territories.
- Define success metrics and ensure KPIs are clearly embedded in every campaign.
- Conduct market and competitor research to guide strategic thinking.
- Use data, trends, and social listening tools to validate and refine ideas.
- Collaborate closely with creative, client services, and new business teams.
- Confidently present and sell-in your thinking to both internal stakeholders and clients.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Solid experience in a creative strategy role, ideally within a social, influencer, or creative agency.
- Strong ideation skills – you’re an idea-first thinker who can creatively respond to briefs.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, and audience behaviour.
- Proven experience building content strategies and shaping campaign narratives.
- Strong communicator – articulate in both presenting ideas and collaborating with wider teams.
- Comfortable using analytics and research tools to underpin your work with data and insight.
