Salary: £40K – £45K depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the social creative strategy and day-to-day output across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Develop and execute both reactive and planned content ideas
- Write standout copy that reflects a bold, energetic brand personality
- Direct content shoots and manage end-to-end production in collaboration with internal teams
- Coordinate with a growing network of influencers, athletes, and creators to produce original social content
- Plan, schedule, and publish social content in line with broader campaign goals
- Analyse performance metrics to optimise content and inform creative direction
- Develop repeatable content formats that increase engagement and build audience loyalty
- Stay tuned in to current events, especially within football/sports, and turn them into relevant content
- Travel occasionally for shoots, events, or collaborations (including international opportunities)
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years experience in social media or content creation roles, ideally within youth culture, sport, or fashion
- Strong knowledge of current trends, platform algorithms, and emerging formats
- Experience managing or working closely with influencers and talent
- Confident leading creative shoots and working with video editors and content teams
- Excellent copywriting skills with an instinct for tone and storytelling
- Portfolio that demonstrates social-first content ideation and execution
- Proactive, self-led, and highly creative – comfortable working at pace
- Hands on content creation experience with filming/editing on phone or camera
