We're working with one of the UK's most iconic creative agencies, their social team is growing fast, and they're looking for a talented Content Creator to join the team. This is a role for someone who gets culture, moves quickly, and can take a brief and run with it - ideation through to delivery. The output is social-first, entertainment-led content.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead content creation end-to-end across major entertainment accounts - from strategic ideation and creative concept through to final delivery, ensuring every piece is platform-optimised and culturally relevant.
- Bring a genuine strategic lens to the work - contributing to content planning, identifying what's landing in culture, and shaping the creative direction of always-on social output.
- Use CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite to deliver social-first edits at pace - comfortable working from Premiere Pro templates.
- Contribute creative thinking beyond pure execution - spotting trends, flagging opportunities, and helping push the content forward.
- Operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-volume environment - managing multiple deliverables without losing quality or creative ambition.
Skills & Experience
- Strong, demonstrable portfolio of video content creation (essential).
- Proficient in CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro - comfortable using pre-built templates.
- Able to concept and execute always-on social content from existing footage.
- Agile and delivery-focused, someone who gets things done.
- Agency or brand-side background welcome; part-time creators looking to move into a comms environment considered.
Salary
Permanent - £50,000–£60,000 (flexible DOE)
