A globally recognised agency is looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to take full ownership of their brand's social presence and fast-growing creator community platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the social media strategy for the agency's own brand channels across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube - this is an inhouse brand role.
- Build and grow a thriving creator community - think workshops, webinars, brand partner engagement, and creator education programmes, not just comment moderation.
- Think globally - develop content and community approaches that resonate across UK and international markets.
- Lead on analytics and reporting, demonstrating genuine growth: new creators joining, existing creator engagement, brand partner activity, and channel performance.
- Brief, manage, and support a junior team member on content creation, scheduling, and posting.
- Collaborate with the US-based social team and internal influencer division on content needs and strategy alignment.
- Present strategy upward to senior leadership, bringing clear POV, learnings, and recommendations.
Skills & Experience
- Proven social media strategy experience, with a strong track record of growing channels with purpose and intent.
- Genuine community management expertise, experience hosting or programming events, webinars, or workshops is a strong differentiator.
- Analytically literate - able to pull insights, build strategy around them, and present learnings clearly.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
- Background in beauty, or a clear passion for the category with transferable social strategy skills - retailer or multi-brand account experience is a strong proxy.
- Comfortable presenting upward and operating with autonomy in a fast-moving environment.
Salary £45K - £50K (depending on experience)
