We're working exclusively with a small, tight-knit digital marketing agency, based in London. They work exclusively with purpose-led organisations, charities, sustainable brands, and arts & cultural institutions. It's a genuinely values-driven place where every campaign is connected to a cause.
This is a rare opportunity to work closely with the agency's founders and have a real voice in shaping client strategy.
THE ROLE
As Paid Media Director you'll lead 3–5 client accounts end-to-end, owning PPC and Paid Social strategy and performance. The agency is 70% Paid Social, 30% PPC — primarily Meta and Google Ads, with room to work across LinkedIn, YouTube, DV360, and TikTok. You'll be the senior voice in client relationships, delegate to juniors and produce and present strategy and performance decks independently.
YOU'LL NEED
- 4–6 years hands-on PPC & Paid Social experience
- Ability to build, optimise & report on campaigns independently
- Confident presenting strategy decks to clients
- Experience leading senior client relationships
- Strong data analysis skills, comfortable with large datasets
- Experience managing and QA-ing junior team members
NICE TO HAVE
- Adverity & Data Studio dashboard experience
- CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)
- Google Tag Manager tracking setup & vetting
- Genuine interest in social or environmental impact
