A high-growth, performance agency is looking for a Creative Performance Lead to bridge the gap between creative strategy and performance marketing across one of the most data-rich environments in the industry. This is a newly created leadership role sitting at the intersection of creative strategy and growth performance. You won't own a pod or run accounts day-to-day, instead, you'll coach four Senior Creative Strategists to connect their creative thinking to media buying logic, funnel strategy, and commercial performance, while leading department-wide upskilling and surfacing macro insights from a 9-figure data set. If you're an advanced performance creative strategist who gets genuine energy from developing others and wants to compound your impact across an entire client portfolio, this is a standout opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide embedded strategic coaching to four Senior Creative Strategists, developing their growth strategy and performance fluency.
  • Serve as the primary performance and growth voice within the Creative Strategy department.
  • Diagnose and reverse-engineer performance bottlenecks across accounts, coaching individuals to resolve them.
  • Lead all department training focused on growth strategy, media buying, offer strategy, distribution, and constraint-based thinking.
  • Build the systems and cross-functional rituals that align Creative Strategy and Growth Strategy as one joined-up function.
  • Audit priority accounts when performance dips, identifying root causes and resetting strategy alongside the pod.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 5+ years in a strategic role spanning performance creative, growth strategy, media buying, or paid social.
  • Deep Meta performance fluency, testing structures, scaling logic, attribution, funnels, CRO.
  • Strong understanding of how creative ladders into the wider commercial and growth ecosystem.
  • Genuine coaching instinct, you've developed others and get energy from it.
  • Constraint-based thinker, you can reverse-engineer a performance problem to its root cause.
  • Comfortable in data; continuously scanning what's working in the market.
  • AI-literate and tech-enabled, with curiosity about where AI is taking the industry.
  • DTC/e-commerce business model literacy at 7–9 figure scale.

Why Apply?

  • High-impact, high-leverage role, your coaching multiplies across an entire department, not just one account.
  • Work at the forefront of AI-enabled creative and performance strategy.
  • Strong culture, low ego, fast-paced environment with real investment in proprietary tech.
  • One-month annual work-abroad allowance, private health, 28 days holiday + long-service leave.
