WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING- Leading paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest for DTC clients
- Owning creative strategy — building testing roadmaps, collaborating with designers, writing direct-response copy
- Using tools like Triple Whale, Motion, Agency Analytics and Shopify to drive data-led decisions
- Building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
- Contributing to a high-performance team culture built on continuous improvement
- 3+ years in paid social, ideally agency-side (strong in-house DTC considered)
- Proven experience managing accounts with significant monthly ad spend
- Solid understanding of performance creative and what makes ads convert
- Confident with analytics and reporting platforms
- A self-starter who takes ownership without being told
