Major Players are partnering with an integrated, global creative agency to hire a talented Senior Strategist to join their senior team. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a culturally curious, ideas-led strategic thinker to play a pivotal role across a prestigious client portfolio and new business activity.

Sitting at the intersection of communications, culture, PR and integrated marketing, you will work in close partnership with senior leadership to provide strategic counsel and implementation across a diverse range of beauty and lifestyle clients.

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic partner across the client portfolio to translate briefs into integrated, culturally relevant strategies
  • Attend client meetings to provide insight and opportunity identification
  • Proactively share cultural intelligence to inspire ongoing thinking
  • Take the lead on identifying cultural trends and behaviours relevant to client brands
  • Develop unprovoked ideas rooted in culture rather than media opportunity, and contribute to shaping more integrated approaches across the business
  • Support new business proposals and pitches, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop compelling, idea-led responses
Skills required:
  • Beauty/lifestyle industry experience is preferred
  • Experience working across integrated campaigns essential
  • A strong background in communications strategy within an agency environment
  • The ability to think beyond PR and into culture, campaigns and integrated marketing
  • Proven ability to develop insight-led strategies, generate original ideas and translate thinking into compelling narratives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Hours: Full time

Salary: Up to £65,000, dependent on experience

Office Location: Central London

Office requirements: 3 days per week in the office
