Resource Manager
Job Summary
Major Players are partnering with a global creative agency based in Central London to recruit for a Resource Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a talented team working on purpose led clients and creative output.
As the Resource Manager you will be an integral part of the agency operations, ensuring the smooth running of the Strategy, Design and Production Departments.
Key responsibilities
- Be the go-to communicator between all departments to manage day to day, as well as long-term workflows, ensuring the team are clear on deliverables
- Work closely with heads of department to ensure all briefs are resourced correctly
- Ensure quality control is maintained across all briefs entering your departments
- Responsible for sourcing & relationship management of freelancers – keeping track of people worked with previously as well as coming armed with your own book of contacts
- Keep track of freelance spend and track team budgets
- Manage contracts, IR35 onboarding and freelancer offboarding
- Day to day management of freelancers including timesheets, holiday requests and finance queries
Skills and personal attributes
- Proven experience working within a creative agency as a Resource Manager in order to be familiar with the workflow across Strategy, Design and Production departments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you will be working with a range of teams at varying levels
- Ability to identify skills gaps and establish staffing requirements
- Be committed to continuous improvement and feedback-driven growth
Salary, Location & Workplace Policy
- The salary ranges between £45,000-55,000 per annum depending on experience
- Central London office
- Hybrid working policy
