Exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B Marketer to join a global culture advertising agency, to lead the agency's commercial marketing strategy. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the agency's international commercial marketing strategy. This is a senior role requiring a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and analytical expertise. You must have a strong understanding of the advertising and media industry, coupled with a passion for the music, fashion, arts, and culture scene.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee the implementation of international commercial marketing strategies to drive growth in the UK, EU, and USA markets.
- Collaborate with the agency sales teams to develop tailored strategies and provide them with effective sales tools and materials.
- Mentor, manage, and guide the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Manager.
- Develop new business and retention strategies to drive revenue.
- Oversee the localisation of marketing materials and campaigns to ensure resonance with local audiences and cultural nuances.
- Create and manage a territory-specific calendar of events.
- B2B marketing experience, ideally within the advertising and media industry.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of the music, fashion, arts, and culture scene.
- Experience managing and mentoring a marketing team.
- Excellent visual eye and strong copywriting skills.
- Creative and analytical approach to problem-solving and strategy development.
- Experience working with sales teams and developing sales enablement materials.
