  • Develop and manage premium lead magnet content, whitepapers, lookbooks, space planning tools and gated landing pages, to grow the prospect database and drive inbound enquiries.
  • Design and deliver email marketing campaigns to prospect and existing contact segments, monitoring and optimising performance over time.
  • Report monthly against lead generation KPIs, feeding insight into the wider marketing team review.

Events & Commercial Support

  • Plan and execute trade shows and industry events end to end, from logistics and stand design through to on‑site delivery and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Support the commercial team with bespoke sales materials, space planning renders and tailored presentations.
  • Build and manage prospect pipelines, identifying target accounts and supporting outreach strategies that convert interest into qualified leads.

Brand, Content & Social

  • Contribute to the content programme, producing and briefing compelling assets across digital and print that reflect a premium market positioning.
  • Support social media management including content planning, scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
  • Collaborate on product launches, ensuring all brand and content assets are delivered on time and on brief.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrable marketing experience in a B2B, premium or design‑led environment, with a proven track record across lead generation and campaign delivery.
  • Hands‑on HubSpot experience including workflow automation, list management and campaign reporting.
  • Strong written communication skills, everything produced needs to reflect a premium standard, and you’ll be setting the bar for the team.
  • Data‑literate and comfortable using CRM and analytics tools to measure, report and optimise.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at pace.
  • Proactive and self‑directed, comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy in a fast‑moving SME.
  • Experience in a design, interiors or premium product environment is a bonus, as is confidence with tools like Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
