We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Manager to join a client of ours Technology Engagement function. This team plays a critical role in driving employee engagement and effective internal communications across the entire Technology department and its leadership.
This is an interim leadership role focused on operational enablement during a period of transition. You’ll thrive if you enjoy translating complex or technical topics into accessible, engaging content, bringing structure to ambiguity, and creating messaging that drives understanding and alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Messaging Development & Execution – Create and manage internal content, including town halls, newsletters, leadership updates, and employee-facing materials.
- Leadership Support – Act as a trusted advisor and delivery partner for Technology leadership on messaging and engagement strategies.
- Engagement Programs – Collaborate on culture, recognition, and inclusion initiatives that foster engagement across the organisation.
- Cross-Functional Partnership – Work closely with team leads, People teams, and business enablement partners to align communications with strategic objectives.
- Team Enablement – Provide mentorship and support to team members, track and report program performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related fields -ideally within technology, media, or large-scale global enterprises.
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to execute quickly and effectively across multiple priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adaptable for a range of audiences.
- Experience leading or mentoring teams, particularly in fast-moving or interim roles.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones.
