A brilliant opportunity for an experienced Senior Content Specialist to join a fast-scaling tech company. This role is ideal for a hands-on content expert who thrives on execution and cares deeply about clarity, engagement, and usefulness. You’ll play a key role in shaping how complex ideas are communicated - creating content that people genuinely read, reuse, and reference.

Working closely with a senior content lead, you’ll focus on producing high-quality content across written, visual, and short-form formats, helping partners, customers, and internal teams clearly understand a complex product offering.

The Role

You’ll own the end-to-end execution of content across multiple channels, translating technical or abstract concepts into simple, credible stories. This is not a strategy or people-management role — success comes from shipping excellent content consistently, using strong judgement, clear structure, and modern production workflows (including AI tools) to maintain quality at pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee high-quality content across formats including written articles, social content, email campaigns, short-form video, and educational assets
  • Design content for clarity and engagement, with strong hooks, scannable layouts, and logical flow
  • Translate complex or technical subject matter into clear, accessible explanations
  • Use AI tools to accelerate drafting, research, repurposing, and iteration — applying editorial judgement throughout
  • Maintain a consistent publishing rhythm with clear ownership of delivery
  • Adapt content across channels and audiences without losing clarity or intent
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to turn updates into usable, plain-language content
  • Monitor how content is actually used and refine approach based on real engagement signals

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in content marketing, ideally within B2B tech, SaaS, or a fast-paced digital environment
  • Strong writing ability as a core skill (this is essential)
  • Experience creating visual content such as social graphics, short-form video, or motion-based assets
  • Proven experience using AI tools to improve speed and efficiency in content production
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex topics clearly and accurately
  • Track record of consistent content output (not just one-off flagship pieces)
  • Portfolio showing regular publishing cadence and practical execution

Personal Attributes

  • Clear, structured thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Practical and delivery-focused — comfortable owning output end to end
  • Curious and adaptable, with a test-and-learn mindset
  • Confident working cross-functionally without heavy process
  • Reliable, organised, and easy to collaborate with
  • Values usefulness and clarity over buzzwords or vanity metrics

Salary & Benefits

  • Equity participation
  • Birthday off
  • Remote-first
  • No internal meetings on Friday afternoons!
  • Home working setup budget
  • Monthly wellbeing allowance
  • Clear progression pathway as the content function scales

Location & Workplace Policy

  • Remote-first role
  • Optional onsite collaboration in London encouraged (Office in SW London)
