About the Role
An urgent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Activation Lead to join the EMEA activation team of a globally recognised, fast-paced consumer brand. The business is shifting from a global-strategy approach to increasingly localised, market-specific campaigns, and this role sits at the heart of that transformation. This is a senior, hands-on leadership position spanning both Social and Programmatic, working closely with onshore and offshore teams (including a global operations hub in Delhi) to translate local market briefs into world-class activation plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to onshore and offshore activation teams across Social and Programmatic
- Translate local market briefs into actionable activation plans and presentations
- Oversee and support account directors acting as primary contacts for local markets
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders, including a London-based EMEA client lead
- Lead a team of circa 20 direct and indirect reports
What We're Looking For
- 8–10 years' experience in digital media activation
- Strong hands-on expertise in either Social or Programmatic, with solid working knowledge of the other
- Confident, current platform expertise across DV360, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, YouTube, Meta and TikTok
- A clear understanding of how third-party data informs activation strategy, and how social and programmatic channels work together within the wider digital ecosystem
- Proven people leadership experience managing onshore and offshore teams
- Strong gravitas and stakeholder management skills
