The role involves leading social and content delivery across B2B-focused client work. This position is suited for someone who has grown within a social-first agency environment and is confident operating at senior level with B2B clients.
You will take ownership of social activity within the account team, acting as a trusted client partner while ensuring work is strategically sound and aligned to platform best practice. You will be comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments, translating business objectives into engaging social content, and bringing structure and clarity to fast-moving projects.
What you will be doing:
- Act as a client contact for B2B and B2C accounts, building strong credible relationships and managing day-to-day communication.
- Own social delivery across multiple accounts, from planning through to execution and optimisation.
- Oversee content quality, tone of voice, and platform suitability before work is shared externally.
- Work closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver joined-up social output.
- Support social and content planning by translating insights, cultural moments, and performance data into clear commercially grounded recommendations.
- Manage timelines, approvals, and workflows across multiple stakeholders.
- Review performance and insights, contributing to reporting and ongoing optimisation.
- Bring a strong understanding of community management and social best practice into client conversations.
- Maintain a calm, solutions-focused approach in complex or fast-paced environments.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager within a social-first agency environment.
- Demonstrable experience working on B2B accounts, with confidence engaging senior client stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms and how content performs across them.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong written skills.
- Confident using insights and performance data to inform decision-making.
- Collaborative, proactive, and steady under pressure.
You must be available to start in January 2026 and able to commit to three days per week in a London office.
