You’ll be embedded within a close-knit marketing team, taking a lead role across retention and lifecycle activity at a pivotal moment of growth. This isn’t a strategic-only position - the client needs someone who can roll their sleeves up, get into the platform and drive results from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning CRM and lifecycle marketing execution across email, push and SMS channels
- Building and refining customer journeys - from first purchase through to reactivation
- Feeding into the broader retention strategy with a focus on frequency, repeat rate and LTV
- Spotting and acting on opportunities to boost engagement and conversion
- Playing a key role in campaign planning and delivery across trading peaks
- Contributing to loyalty initiatives designed to increase long-term customer value

- Proven experience in retention, CRM or lifecycle marketing
- Someone equally comfortable setting strategy and executing it
