We’re supporting a consumer brand in the search for a Retail Marketing Manager to lead high-impact, retail-first marketing initiatives. This role is all about driving footfall, dwell time and in-store conversion - owning the full customer journey from browsing through to purchase. You’ll shape and deliver retail activations that are creatively strong, operationally executable, and commercially effective at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own retail marketing initiatives end-to-end, from strategy and planning through to execution, optimisation, reporting and budget management.
  • Lead retail activations designed to drive footfall, increase dwell time and improve in-store conversion across UK stores.
  • Deliver seasonal campaigns, UK-led retail moments and localisation of key Pan-European commercial calendar activations.
  • Collaborate across Brand Experience, CRM.
