Recruitment Consultant – Client Services

Target Audience: Experienced Recruiters in Digital, Marketing, Creative, UX/UI, Tech, Product, and Client Services.

The Role: We\’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our talented team! As a Senior Recruiter at Major Players, you’ll be tasked with building relationships, developing your own desk, and placing the best candidates with high-profile clients across various industries.

What You\’ll Do:

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities in target sectors and clients.
  • Client Engagement: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, offering innovative talent solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Actively engage with candidates (both active and passive) to ensure the highest-caliber talent is placed.
  • Cross-Selling: Leverage opportunities across the Major Group to expand your offering to clients.
  • Market Expertise: Build a strong personal brand within your sector while staying ahead of industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced Recruiter: Proven track record in managing a 360-degree recruitment desk, driving sales, and building successful relationships with clients.
  • Diverse Experience: Ideally, experience across freelance, contract, or permanent placements.
  • Sector Flexibility: Experience recruiting within any professional services is beneficial, especially across Marketing, Digital, Creative, UX/UI, Product, Tech, and Client Services .
