Major Players are partnering with a premium digital branding agency to hire a Project Manager to join its growing team. The agency specialises in crafting high-impact branding and website design for ambitious organisations globally, with a strong focus on creativity, strategy, and design excellence. This is a client-facing, strategic role that combines consultative sales, brand strategy, and project leadership. You will take ownership of client relationships from initial enquiry through to project delivery, playing a key role in shaping digital experiences and winning new business from inbound leads.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from first enquiry to launch
- Lead conversations with inbound prospects, develop proposals, and pitch to win new business
- Consult with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and positioning
- Shape brand and website strategy through research, discovery, and insight
- Develop strategic documents such as proposals, sitemaps, and roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with design and development teams to guide creative direction
- Present concepts and articulate the strategic rationale behind ideas
- Manage project delivery, including timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication
- Maintain strong client relationships and drive engagement throughout projects
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows
- Leverage new tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance delivery and efficiency
