Major Players are working with a growing, ambitious, and multi-award-winning hair care brand based in the heart of London who are looking for a creative and highly organised Production Assistant/Content Creator to join their in-house marketing team. All of their content is created in-house so they need someone with hands-on creative content and production experience who can contribute to creative ideas, trends and assist on shoots.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shoot and edit engaging content (especially video using CapCut) for both organic and paid social channels
  • Contribute ideas and support planning for shoots and campaigns
  • Create static ads and graphics using tools like Canva
  • Organise, manage, and store media assets effectively
  • Supply creative assets internally and externally (e.g. resizing content for retail partners)
  • Assist with scheduling and posting content across social channels
  • Maintain the studio space and keep equipment organised and in top condition

What We're Looking For

  • A creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Strong organisational skills - confident managing workflows, assets, and multiple requests
  • Solid hands-on production experience: comfortable with photography, videography, and editing tools

  • Experience with CapCut and Canva is a plus
