Job Description

Major Players are partnering with a reputable media and entertainment company to recruit for a Producer within their short-form and social content team.You will lead on everything from budgeting and scheduling to prop sourcing, travel, and shoot logistics. You'll be the linchpin between creatives, production teams, and external partners – ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and on budget.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hybrid Producer/Project Manager, with a background in short-form, social or digital content – particularly someone who's worked in the TV/entertainment space.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end production planning across digital and social campaigns
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects
  • Oversee logistics including travel, crew, kit, props, and post-production workflows
  • Traffic work through internal teams and freelancers – keeping things moving and on track
  • Identify and implement improvements to production processes, resource planning and workflow
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners across editorial, production, and delivery

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience in digital or social content production – ideally within a TV, agency, or entertainment context
  • Brings strong project management and organisational skills to every stage of production
  • Has a calm, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with internal stakeholders, external collaborators and production partners
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic production tools and workflows
  • Can manage multiple moving parts – and knows how to bring order to fast-moving creative environments
  • Has experience managing shoot logistics, crew and schedules for social-first, short-form or video-led content

The Details:

  • Contract: 12-month Fixed Term
  • Hours: Full-time
  • Salary: up to £50,000
  • Location: Covent Garden office – 3 days per week in-office, hybrid working
