Job Title: PR Account Director (Lifestyle & Interiors)
Location: London (London Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
The Role:
An award-winning communications agency is on the lookout for an experienced PR Account Director to join their growing team. Working across a diverse mix of interiors and lifestyle clients, this is a hands-on leadership role that blends creative campaign oversight with strategic brand consultancy.
You’ll take the reins on some of the agency’s biggest retained accounts, supported by a talented team of Account Managers and Executives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, down to earth environment where ideas are welcomed and autonomy is encouraged.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead multi-channel PR campaigns for a variety of established consumer and lifestyle brands
- Be the strategic lead across accounts, acting as the go to contact for clients and steering campaign direction from concept to coverage
- Manage and mentor a small account team, offering clear guidance, support and day-to-day oversight
- Collaborate with internal creatives and external partners to deliver standout work – including events, influencer activity, photoshoots, and partnerships
- Build strong media relationships and deliver impactful earned media coverage across both print and digital
- Support with proposals, brainstorms and pitch meetings (no hard sales targets)
- Maintain a high standard across all client deliverables while balancing the big picture and small details
Who We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in a PR agency environment, ideally with clients in lifestyle, interiors, beauty, fashion, or retail
- Proven success operating at Account Director level – someone who can lead accounts with confidence and clarity
- A natural communicator who understands the nuances of client relationships and how to tailor comms to suit different brands and personalities
- A team leader who genuinely enjoys mentoring and developing junior talent
- Strong strategic skills, with the ability to write compelling decks and present ideas persuasively
- Comfortable working across traditional PR as well as integrated campaigns (including social, digital, and experiential)
- Someone who’s engaged in culture and passionate about the lifestyle space – curious, commercial, and full of fresh ideas
