Freelance Performance Marketing Manager | 3 Month Contract (initial)
London | ASAP to end of December | £390 per day
A Global D2C drinks brand is looking for a freelance Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media through the biggest quarter of their year.
This is a hands-on, in-platform role inside a fast-moving digital team. Meta is the primary channel and the biggest spend, paid search sits second, and Amazon Ads is an area they are investing in heavily this year. UK spend runs at around £1.4m a quarter, and the budget genuinely moves, so you will be making calls quickly.
You will work alongside an industry-leading in-house creative team, reporting to the Head of Growth.
The Day-To-Day
- Owning paid social, paid search and display end to end: set-up, targeting, creative, copy and budget
- Building and optimising directly in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Snapchat
- Running PPC across Search, Shopping, Merchant Center and product feeds
- Managing budget pacing day to day through peak trading
- Reporting on CAC, conversion rate, CPM, CTR and creative fatigue
- Feeding into creative briefs and concepts with the in-house studio
They are looking for
- Hands-on, in-platform performance marketing experience rather than agency oversight
- Real strength in at least one of paid social, paid search or programmatic, with the appetite to run all three
- Ecommerce and D2C purchase-journey understanding
- Amazon Ads experience is a genuine advantage
- Someone who takes ownership, keeps a cool head, and is confident challenging rather than just executing

- Freelance contract, ASAP start, running to the end of December
- Strong possibility of extension or a permanent move in the new year
- Four days a week in their London offices, with some flexibility.
