Job Summary: Are you a strategic leader with a passion for impactful campaigns? We are seeking a Partnerships Account Director to join our team for a 6-month contract. Lead high-profile public sector and social campaigns and make a real difference with your expertise. This is a great opportunity to work with key clients and oversee multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client relationships, managing strategic planning and campaign execution.
- Oversee and deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Ensure clients’ objectives are met creatively and effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to deliver top-quality results.
- Build and forge productive partnerships to amplify campaign messages.
- Lead project teams across creative, PR, and social media disciplines, ensuring a collaborative approach to campaign delivery.
- Develop and manage large-scale integrated accounts, including paid media and partnerships.
- Oversee the development of creative concepts, ensuring campaigns are on-brand and on-message.
- Take financial responsibility for client accounts, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to junior team members to enhance their growth and success.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen by aligning client goals with agency targets and delivering profitable results.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in account management.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Public sector and social campaigns experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of building partnerships to amplify campaign messages.
- Experience delivering large-scale integrated accounts, including paid and partnership work.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present engaging and thought-provoking brief responses.
- Exceptional project management skills, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
