Job Summary: Are you a strategic leader with a passion for impactful campaigns? We are seeking a Partnerships Account Director to join our team for a 6-month contract. Lead high-profile public sector and social campaigns and make a real difference with your expertise. This is a great opportunity to work with key clients and oversee multi-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client relationships, managing strategic planning and campaign execution.
  • Oversee and deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
  • Ensure clients’ objectives are met creatively and effectively.
  • Mentor junior team members to deliver top-quality results.
  • Build and forge productive partnerships to amplify campaign messages.
  • Lead project teams across creative, PR, and social media disciplines, ensuring a collaborative approach to campaign delivery.
  • Develop and manage large-scale integrated accounts, including paid media and partnerships.
  • Oversee the development of creative concepts, ensuring campaigns are on-brand and on-message.
  • Take financial responsibility for client accounts, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to junior team members to enhance their growth and success.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen by aligning client goals with agency targets and delivering profitable results.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Public sector and social campaigns experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of building partnerships to amplify campaign messages.
  • Experience delivering large-scale integrated accounts, including paid and partnership work.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to present engaging and thought-provoking brief responses.
  • Exceptional project management skills, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Strong people management abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing junior team members.
