Freelance Paid Social Strategist
Start: ASAP
Contract: 2-week sprints initially, with intent to extend
Day Rate: £300–£350/day
Location: London Hybrid (3 days in office)
A fast-growing DTC start-up in the art space is looking for a commercially focused Creative Strategist to lead paid social content efforts. This is a short-term freelance role for someone with strong experience in Meta and TikTok Ads, creative ideation, and content that drives sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute a high-performing paid content strategy
- Lead ideation and direction of scroll-stopping ad creatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine based on performance
- Run creative sprints, test, and iterate quickly
- Benchmark against market trends and analyse top-performing content
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years in creative/performance roles (agency or DTC brand)
- Strong understanding of what performs on Meta & TikTok
- Commercial thinker with a performance-first mindset
- Confident creating and optimizing ad concepts
- Basic editing skills (Cap Cut, Premiere, Figma)
- Scrappy, fast, and research-driven approach
Location & Workplace Policy:
