Major Players are partnering with a reputable global B2B marketing agency to recruit for a New Business Manager with skills across marketing & communications, sales management, events and CRM & data management. You will be instrumental in leading the marketing and business development output across digital, content, events, CRM, proposals and brand visibility and be the engine behind their growth to ensure a robust sales pipeline and that the agency is consistently represented to its fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the new business team to create proposals and RFP responses, ensuring high-quality, tailored submissions, as well as aligning outreach and conversion strategies.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for the agency to be represented at industry events, trade shows, and speaker or networking opportunities.
- Lead on award submissions.
- Manage and optimise digital channels including website, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Oversee content creation (blogs, case studies, vlog/podcasts) and ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Identify PR opportunities for the agency, where necessary working with external PR representatives.
- Own and manage the CRM system for the agency, maintaining marketing lists, tracking engagement and generating monthly pipeline and opportunity reports.
- Plan and execute agency-led and client-facing events.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 3-5 years in B2B marketing and business development, within an agency environment.
- Experience working on global campaigns and international markets.
- Proven experience managing digital marketing channels and CRM platforms.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and commercial mindset.
- Knowledge of the B2B tech landscape.
