Amazing opportunity to join the studio team at a creative content agency specialising in social media, content production, influencer marketing, and PR.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creatively on motion graphics edit work, providing solutions to creative problems as and when they arrive, creatively interrogating and solving client briefs and asks.
- Create high level, industry leading dynamic motion graphic-based outcomes from the assets provided, including shot rushes and archive footage, brand guidelines and design assets, following briefing and guidelines closely.
- Participate actively in brainstorming, concepting, and creating motion graphics content for both digital and social platforms that adheres to brand guidelines where necessary.
- Efficiently multi-task delivering multiple projects simultaneously whilst communicating proactively with project leads, ensuring delivery is met on time and at high quality.
- Strictly following the project, delivery and folder structures in place to ensure all work is tidy and easily accessible to other members of the team.
Skills & Experience
- Up to date portfolio with relevant experience is a must.
- Utilise a strong and diverse knowledge of the Adobe CC, specifically After Effects & Premiere Pro to create dynamic and successful motion graphic-based output that answers client briefs.
- Work across both short form and longer form motion graphics edits and dynamic, quick turnaround digital and social content, supporting editors in studio with motion graphic-based assets as well leading own edits with supporting MGFX.
- Demonstrate a high level of experience and expertise within sports content and the sporting industry, with strong knowledge of content trends and design applications to elevate output.
- Confidence in leading projects creatively from the outset, with client facing experience and ability to sell ideas externally is a must.
- Comfortable building creative decks, motion graphics treatments and reference boards.
- Experience in line management is a plus but not essential.
