Major Players are partnering with an esteemed creative advertising agency to recruit for a Project Manager to join their established team. You will support the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high creative standard. Working closely with clients, internal teams and senior stakeholders, you will help manage workflow, timelines and resources, while developing strong project management foundations across integrated campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident managing multiple workstreams, keen to grow, and passionate about working in a fast-paced creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery of projects from initial scoping through creative development, production and delivery across integrated campaigns (TV, OOH, Digital, Social, CRM).
- Run and support project kick-offs, creative briefings, reviews and production meetings.
- Build and maintain project documentation including timelines, scopes of work and status reports.
- Monitor project progress, flag risks early and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Support resourcing across creative, strategy, design and production teams.
- Work with resource management to help balance workloads and track budgets.
- Support production leads to ensure smooth delivery and quality control.
- Assist with third-party costs including estimates, purchasing and invoice approvals.
- Contribute to post-project reviews and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a creative advertising agency on large scale, ideally global, campaigns is essential.
- Experience working in a creative advertising agency environment.
- Experience managing integrated projects or multiple workstreams.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident working with timelines, budgets and resourcing.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Passion for creativity and learning within a project management career path.
Please note, this is a pure project management role, and would best suit someone whose primary experience is in project delivery rather than client servicing or production.
Hours: Full time Office requirements: 4 days per week in the office (with flexi-time)
