This is a career-defining opportunity to join a fast-growing D2C health and wellness brand as a Creative Strategist, helping to shape the creative direction of performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and beyond.
You will play a pivotal role at the intersection of creative and data, turning performance insights into scroll-stopping concepts that both convert and build brand equity in an exciting, emerging category. You will work closely with the acquisition and marketing teams to produce, brief, and optimise high-performing creative that fuels rapid growth.
- Develop bold, original ad concepts across video, graphics, UGC, and copy that cut through and drive results.
- Analyse creative performance data (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR) to generate insights and shape future campaigns.
- Experiment with new formats, platforms, and AI tools to enhance ad performance and push creative boundaries.
Proven experience creating high-performing Meta ads (UGC, video, statics, carousel, hooks).
Strong creative analytics skills confident interpreting metrics and acting on insights.
Experience briefing and collaborating with creative talent (designers, editors, creators).
Organised, fast-moving, and able to deliver across multiple projects at once.
