This is a rare opportunity to join a founder‑led business that is currently redefining the functional wellness category on a global scale. Having recently secured significant Series B funding and achieved a substantial valuation, the brand is one of the fastest‑growing consumer names in the UK with a rapidly expanding footprint in the US. Operating with a digital‑first philosophy more similar to a high‑growth beauty or fashion brand than traditional FMCG, the company is obsessed with community engagement and is now entering a period of hyper‑growth, projected to double in size over the next 12 months.
As the Global Marketing Director, you will oversee leadership teams in both the UK and the US, owning the brand strategy, budget allocation, and visual identity. This role requires a digital‑native leader who excels in a matrixed environment, specifically someone who can lead brand positioning and organic growth while collaborating deeply with e‑commerce functions.
A defining requirement for this position is a deep, strategic expertise in high‑level talent and influencer partnerships; you must have a proven track record of negotiating and managing complex collaborations with global A‑list talent to drive genuine brand love and commercial conversion. The ideal candidate will likely come from the beauty, premium lifestyle or modern wellness sectors, where brand aesthetic and community building are paramount. You must possess tangible experience scaling a brand within the US market and feel at home in a high‑energy, agile scale‑up environment that moves at pace.
Location & Workplace Policy: London 4 days office, 1 day WFH
Salary & Benefits: ÂŁ130,000 per annum plus company share options, 25 days holiday, pension, private health, discounted gym membership, health and wellness discounts and perks, staff and F&F discounts, work from anywhere policy.
