Job Title Loyalty Manager Job Summary We’re currently partnered with an extremely well-known retail brand in Berkshire who’s innovative products and services are renowned all over the UK and Europe. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty, we are seeking a Loyalty Manager to join their Customer Marketing team and drive their customer retention strategies to new heights! You will lead the development and execution of their loyalty programmes across a diverse range of markets and audiences. Your goal is to enhance customer engagement, foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business. You’ll work collaboratively with Marketing, Ecommerce, Digital and Sales teams to design and implement innovative strategies that resonate with their diverse customer base. Successful candidates must have demonstrable experience in CRM and loyalty programme management with a passion for customer engagement and brand building.
