We are hiring a YouTube Creator to join a fast-growing AI video platform on a strong growth trajectory. This is a hands-on, end-to-end content role where you’ll own the full video lifecycle. From idea generation through to publishing, helping shape how a leading AI product shows up on YouTube through engaging, high-performing content.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end YouTube content production from idea to upload
- Develop, script, and film engaging, audience-focused videos
- Translate product features and industry trends into compelling video narratives
- Optimise video packaging (titles, thumbnails, descriptions) for reach and discovery
- Work closely with editors and designers to deliver polished, high-quality content
- Manage content planning, scheduling, and production workflows
- Analyse performance data and continuously refine content strategy
- Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and competitor activity
Skills & Experience
- Experience growing YouTube channels (long-form and/or Shorts)
- Strong storytelling, scripting, and on-camera communication skills
- Good understanding of YouTube SEO, retention, and audience engagement
- Strong creative judgement with high attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
- Analytical mindset with a focus on testing and optimisation
- Bonus: basic video editing skills (e.g. Premiere Pro or similar)
