A high-growth, purpose-led wellness brand in the women's health space is looking for a UGC & Social Producer to join its in-house creative team.
This is an operations-focused role at the heart of a creator-first content strategy. You'll partner closely with a UGC Creative Strategist and turn their plans into reality, managing everything from first-contact outreach to ad-ready assets, while also supporting the brand’s organic social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-volume outreach to UGC creators, influencers and health experts, managing follow-ups and building shortlists for sign-off.
- Maintain a live creator database tracking status, rates, performance, usage rights and contact history.
- Issue contracts, chase signatures, process invoices and monitor usage and whitelisting expiry dates, including setting up and maintaining creator ad access.
- Coordinate product gifting, briefs, shoot deadlines and deliverables, and quality-check footage against briefs before it goes to edit.
- Organise and deliver ad-ready assets, then upload and set up new ads in Meta Ads Manager in line with the launch plan.
- Support the organic social team with scheduling, content calendar planning, repurposing UGC and spotting emerging trends on TikTok and Instagram.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in an influencer, UGC, creator partnerships or social coordination role, ideally within a DTC brand or creator/social agency.
- Confident managing creator outreach, gifting and contracting at scale.
- A strong feel for what works natively on TikTok and Instagram, including sounds, formats and hooks.
- Comfortable working with trackers, spreadsheets and project management tools.
Personal Attributes
- Highly organised, with impeccable attention to detail.
- Proactive and persistent on follow-up, so nothing gets left hanging.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment juggling lots of moving parts.
- A natural relationship-builder who communicates clearly with creators and experts alike.
- Genuinely passionate about the creator economy and wellness space.
Location & Workplace Policy
- London-based.
- Hybrid working: 4 days a week in office, 1 day wfh.
- A collaborative in-house creative team environment.
