  • Host regular TikTok Shop livestreams — scripting, presenting, and optimising for engagement and conversion
  • Own day-to-day account management: product listings, storefront optimisation, and promotional calendars
  • Lead affiliate programme management and scaling, using dedicated tooling and software
  • Execute sales forecasting, budget planning, and channel revenue reporting
  • Plan and run paid and organic TikTok campaigns in collaboration with social, PR, and digital marketing teams
  • Engage and grow the brand's TikTok community through comments, live chat, and creator relationships
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, live commerce, or social commerce channel management
  • Solid commercial grounding: comfortable with forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin awareness
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of performance-based decision-making
  • You're comfortable building without a template
  • Adaptable, positive, and energised by community and audience
