You’ll be the senior client lead on a globally recognised brand.
This is a hands‑on Social AD role.
You’ll lead from the front on client relationships and commercials while staying close to campaign delivery, working alongside an established UK team and a small European team.
The agency is growing its European presence, so it’s a great time to join.
Senior Account Managers who are ready for the step up and can show strong client leadership are very welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities

- Own account health, profitability and growth, including budgets, scopes of work and spotting upsell opportunities.
- Scope and respond to briefs, then lead campaign planning and execution across organic, paid, influencer and creative workstreams.
- Brief and guide the European team on always‑on content, making sure global and UK‑led work lands with genuine local relevance.
- Bring German social trends, platform knowledge and cultural nuance to the wider client portfolio.
- Work closely with UK account, strategy and influencer teams, owning delivery from brief through to sign‑off.
Skills & Experience
- Fluent or native German and strong English, both written and spoken. This is essential.
- Experience at Account Director level, or as a Senior Account Manager ready to step up, within a social‑first agency

- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with mid‑to‑senior client stakeholders.
- Commercial confidence, including managing budgets, SOWs and project profitability.
- FMCG, food, retail or consumer brand experience is a bonus, but not essential.

- Proactive and accountable. You spot issues early and act on them.
- Calm, solutions‑focused and diplomatic under pressure.
- Happy to roll up your sleeves on delivery while still thinking strategically.
- A supportive presence who enjoys guiding and developing others.
- Salary & Benefits
- Up to £60,000 depending on experience
- The chance to lead a globally recognised brand in a key European market
- A growing European team with active new business opportunities
- Regular client travel to Germany,
- Location & Workplace Policy
- London-based, hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
- Germany-based candidates will also be considered
- Travel to the client in Germany roughly once a month (sometimes every other month)
- Occasional additional travel within Germany or to the UK
