We’re partnering with a high-profile luxury sports brand to hire a strategic and commercially-minded Senior Ecommerce Manager. This role will lead and scale their digital storefronts, ensuring every product drop, collection launch, and site update is executed to the highest standard. You will take full ownership of the end-to-end ecommerce journey from Shopify platform management and conversion rate optimisation to performance marketing, retention, and loyalty. The ideal candidate can balance the big-picture vision of growing a global luxury sports brand with the precision needed to run a high-traffic, high-stakes online store.
Key Responsibilities
- Ecommerce Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute long-term ecommerce roadmaps to drive global sales growth and increase customer lifetime value. Own the global trading calendar, executing launches, promotions, and high-profile drops with the customer journey in mind. Manage and optimise the Shopify Plus ecosystem, including app integrations, theme customisation, and backend logistics. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams to align campaigns, storytelling, product presentation, and onsite experience with commercial objectives.
- Retention, Email & Loyalty: Lead the CRM strategy, building lifecycle email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back) that turn one-time buyers into loyal customers. Design and manage a loyalty program or app, offering perks such as early access, exclusive drops, and digital content. Use advanced segmentation to deliver personalised content for a global audience.
- Data & Performance: Own daily, weekly, and monthly site performance, balancing revenue, conversion, and margin targets. Analyse site performance, sales data, and customer behaviour to identify CRO opportunities. Deliver detailed post-campaign reporting to track the impact of email, loyalty, and other initiatives on total revenue. Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure seamless stock management across global territories.
- Customer Experience: Manage customer service partners to ensure a consistent, on-brand, frictionless experience. Use customer feedback and journey insights to inform continuous improvements.
- Team & Culture: Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and innovation within the ecommerce team.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in Ecommerce Management, ideally within high-growth fashion, streetwear, or talent-led brands.
- Expert in Shopify Plus and Klaviyo, with experience building flows from scratch and A/B testing campaigns.
- Experience managing or building a digital loyalty program (e.g., LoyaltyLion, Yotpo, Smile).
- Strong commercial acumen, comfortable managing P&Ls and driving measurable growth.
- Highly analytical, using data to inform every decision.
- Calm under pressure, especially during high-volume site traffic periods.
