How to prepare for a job interview at Major Players | B Corp™

Know Your Concepts Inside Out

As a Senior Creative, you'll need to showcase your strong conceptual thinking. Make sure you can articulate your design ideas clearly and back them up with examples from your past work. Prepare to discuss how your concepts have evolved and the impact they've had on previous projects.

Master the Art of Storytelling

Since storytelling is key in spatial design, practice presenting your ideas as narratives. Think about how each project tells a story and how it engages consumers. Use visuals to support your narrative during the interview, as this will help convey your vision more effectively.

Familiarise Yourself with the Tools

Brush up on your skills with Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software, and 3D modelling tools like SketchUp and V-Ray. Be ready to discuss specific projects where you've used these tools, and consider bringing a portfolio that highlights your technical abilities alongside your creative flair.

Show Your Collaborative Spirit

This role emphasises collaboration, so be prepared to share examples of how you've worked with teams in the past. Highlight your experience mentoring junior creatives and how you've contributed to a positive team culture. This will demonstrate that you're not just a great designer, but also a team player.
