Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative development from initial concept through to detailed design on small and large-scale projects.
- Build strong narratives and standout design directions that connect emotionally and commercially.
- Interrogate briefs, identify key objectives and demonstrate a solid understanding of the consumer journey.
- Represent the agency confidently in client meetings.
- Line manage and support the development of junior team members.
- Produce CAD drawing packs and relevant specification documents.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience in a relevant agency or industry role.
- Strong conceptual thinker with an individual creative style.
- Fluent in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign; proficient in 3D modelling and render programmes (SketchUp/V‑Ray preferred).
- Experienced in reading and creating CAD drawing packs.
- Commercially aware and culturally curious.
- Collaborative, energetic and eco-conscious on materiality.
Salary & Benefits
